We offer free door-to-door shipping for all orders within India. Every package is fully insured in transit. The package is packed under CCTV camera supervision in tamper-proof bags, ensuring absolute security for high-value precious gold items.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

For standard items in stock, dispatch occurs within 24-48 hours. Custom orders require 7-14 working days for production and hallmarking before dispatch. Delivery generally takes 3-5 business days depending on city region accessibility.

3. Delivery Verification

To ensure secure delivery of your valuable package:

• Delivery will only be made to the recipient whose name is specified on the invoice.
• A government-issued photo identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) must be presented to the courier agent.
• An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number, which must be shared with the courier agent to complete the delivery.

4. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, cut, or tampered with, do not accept the package from the courier agent. Take a photograph of the package and contact our customer service team immediately. We will initiate a replacement or refund processing.
